The main purpose of this campaign was to raise awareness among commoners about the Universal Children's Day and about the basic rights of children. In Dhaka, 1000 street-children were granted a day off from their everyday schedule of selling flowers, popcorns, etc., and the foundation organized a free-of-cost whole day trip to a theme-park (Wonderland) for these children. On their place, many of us from well-off families went down on the streets. We sold roses to the passing cars and did a little bit of fund raising for the children.
I hope the children we worked for actually do become the voice of Bangladesh day-after-tomorrow (because I want to save tomorrow for myself :D )
